1. Donations
All donations made to AABHA PARIVARTHANVADI SANSATHA are final and non-refundable. Donations are voluntary contributions made to support our charitable programs, and they are not made in exchange for any goods or services.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate donation If you accidentally made a duplicate donation.
- Error in amount: If you made an error while entering the donation amount.
- Unauthorized transaction If you believe your credit/debit card or payment method was used without your permission.
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the donation date by emailing aabha.revolution@gmail.comWe will review your request and may require proof of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
2. Event Registrations
If you register for a paid event or workshop organized by AABHA PARIVARTHANVADI SANSATHA you may be eligible for a refund if you cancel your registration:
- Up to 7 days before the event: Full refund.
- Less than 7 days before the event : No refund (except under exceptional circumstances).
To cancel your registration, please email us at aabha.revolution@gmail.com with your full name, event name, and payment details.
3. Merchandise (If Applicable)
If we offer merchandise or physical products through our website:
- Refunds or replacements will only be offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- You may be required to return the item before a refund is issued.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Processing of Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed to the original payment method.
- It may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
